I sprained something in my back.

So I went to see the doctor.
And was late for school.
VERY late for school.

But I turned up for the Chinese test.
I don't think I failed, anyway...
^^

I didn't see Vivian today.
So I didn't get my sketchbook back today.
I WANT MY SKETCHBOOK BACK.

*dies*

Also it's very scarring to have people pass you notes inside M&M tubes.
Like when you just open it to eat something
and then there's all this paper inside
and you're like WTF is this stuff
who puts origami inside m&m tubes anyway?

Also I have been Costume-Designing for Lit.
We're very lucky Clara has a wig at home.
Otherwise turning Arif and Daryl into a shampoo girl and a taitai would be troublesome.
What do shampoo girls wear anyway?
As a costume designer, I decree that they wear brightly coloured hairclips.....but they need clothes too....
What do taitais wear?
I'll ask Pinky-chan....
since it's her ambition to become one.

Also I wasn't in class much lately
so I can't really report on Ji and Mush's
sadomasochistic courting rituals

Today was....weird.

There was no math.
Then we were planning the class chalet.
And then Candice accidentally propositioned Kaung Myat.

KM: Fuck! *in this really perverted way*
Candice: You want ah? *sarcastic*
Everyone: ZOMGWTFROTFLMAO

Also Kesh was trying to teach Mushroom to swear in Tamil.
Kesh: *something long and complicated that means 'pink'.
Clarice: Ila....ila-liverpool!!!
Everyone: *facepalm*

Then later

Clarice: ORIGINAL ORANGE!!

I have no idea what language that's supposed to be, given the weird accent she said it in.
^^;;;;;;;

Also I didn't see Vivian much today

I hope her class chalet doesn't end up conflicting with our Halloween party.

Then there was a lot of lesson-ish stuff.
And we played Daidi and I lost and then I came in third and basically I did very fail-ly.
I'm not that bad at Hearts though.

Also there was no track.
Instead we were selecting exco members for next year.

I vote Amanda for 2010 Year 2 V. Capt~~
(Amanda of course being the Amanda from track. ^^;;;;;)

And then Xing Jing and Ji Hyun and Amanda and I all sat around for a while.
Also we ate icecream~~

Math test was....
><

My GC started malfunctioning.
When I pressed the square root sign, I got 'ans' before the square root sign. When I pressed the scroll right button, the screen got spammed with sin-1 and tan-1 and open brackets and the variable k. The backspace button wasn't even working. And that's only the bits I remember.

Plus my spare was with YS because I accidentally left it in the canteen Thursday.

Then after that there wasn't any CCA so I played cards with people. When we were playing Daidi with 5 people, I got 2nd and 3rd and 4th and 5th at different points in time....but not 1st. ><
*dies*

Yoru-senpai, you saying weird stuff about Awa is not even funny. It is very annoying. Go and obsess over Tricia and leave my primary school friends alone kthx.

Anyway after I played cards I went to the library and Yoru-senpai was there and he told me that the graph I was doing for physics should be a straight line and I told him I thought it was a curve. Then I made it a curve. =D

Then we discussed whether the lamp was obeying Ohm's law.
Yoru-senpai: Of course it is! You mean to say this guy discovered this law and it's in all the textbooks and it's WRONG???
(The lamp was not obeying Ohm's law.)

^^;;;;;

So then afterwards I was walking around doing nothing in particular for a long time and then YFC released and I found Sean.

Also I had to borrow his cellphone because I mistakenly thought that my mom was picking me up at 4 and that I had forgotten.

Also I looked at this airplane thing he's making and commented on its un-aerodynamic-ness and then he said it didn't have to be aerodynamic because the motor was pro enough to fly on its own and carry the battery pack too, so I facepalmed, and some time along there I found out that THEY ARE GOING TO PUT IT ON THE END OF A LINE AND WHIRL IT OUT OVER THE HEADS OF US POOR INNOCENT TRACK PEOPLE OVER AND OVER WHILE ERIC STANDS THERE ON THE TRACK SOMEWHAT POINTLESSLY AND TRIES TO EXPLAIN TO A BUNCH OF SPRINTING PEOPLE THAT THEY CAN'T RUN IN LANES ONE TO FIVE.

Just like they already do once a month.


Anyway the whole time we were talking Yoru-senpai was looking for Tricia and he must have passed us about four times which was very o_____O
Then Sean left.

But then Yoru-senpai and I found Vivi and Tricia and went off to KFC to eat.

Then we got back and it was seven and the concert was almost starting and Ri-chan called and said she was waiting at Clementi Bus Interchange

so we thought she was waiting for us
and we went running off there
anyway I ran
Vivi walked
It's not an easy trip if you run all the way

So then we found out she had actually been waiting at the back gate
so we walked back to school
and split up
I went to the back gate and Vivi was supposed to find her classmate whose card can open the back gate
but Ri-chan wasn't at the back gate

So then we had to borrow Jia Wei's phone because Vivi's was dead at that point
and we called Ri-chan
only to find out she was already at the concert.

Anyway we only really missed the first three things or so.

There was this part when two teachers sang 'ai wo bie zou' (my mom's com doesn't have chinese characters ^^;;;;;) and they translated it as 'love me don't go' but anyway it was really nice and all these people were waving their cellphones in the air.

I'm sitting in the com lab, having just finished my Literature journal assignment.

I've been planning to study math.
I think I can remember how to draw everything.
I just need to buy a new ruler.
So I can actually draw everything.

Also, thank you to Ruth for letting me have spare batteries for my GC~~~ =D

....a bunch of Year Ones just went by me discussing their water rockets or something.

I'm glad we didn't have to do them, all things considered.

Now I'm bored.

I came to school on the same bus as Henpai today.
We just made it in time.
He finally told me what a grue was.
It's a 'mote of darkness'.
I asked him what it looks like.
He doesn't know.

Also we tried to get him to distract Yoru-senpai so he wouldn't see Ri-chan just in case he decided to say something freaky to annoy Vivi and me.

Me: We just need you to distract him!!
Henpai: So what do I have to do, exactly?
Me:....I haven't figured that out yet.


Must go and get something to eat now.
The next break isn't until 2.

Class was okay.
I think.

I did some history stuff too.
Phan Boi Chau organised some assassinations and had people blow stuff up.
So why is he a nationalist hero?
I mean, maybe they think it's good or whatever
but what the heck, the guy is basically an educated terrorist.
><

Also I had to reallyreally chiong math.


Also English was a relief teacher which basically means 5 min writing at the start of the lesson and another 5 min to keep up appearances at the end. ^^;;;;;;

Relief teachers are very slackish.

And at home we've been feeding the turtles all sorts of things.
I've never even heard of a rose-apple before.
So why is it suddenly a good idea to
a) buy it
b) feed some of it to the reptilian freeloaders round back?

Oh well.

At any rate, the turtles are cute.

Also it seems like my sisters have been trying to assassinate each other....one of them has an unreasonable love for her own bad recorder playing, the other has an unreasonable hate for her sister's bad recorder playing.

Such is life.

Maybe I'll play cards tomorrow.

I...did absolutely nothing yesterday.
Mostly.

But I managed to get a headache anyway.

Then today I did History homework. I still have English, Math and Chinese to go.
><

Also I played Hearts on the computer and shot the moon twice by accident. o___o
I wish it was that easy in real life.

Oh wellll

Friday was mostly okay.
Vivian and I switched sketchbooks so she could draw chibis on mine using my drawings as reference.
Then I couldn't find her before or after CCA to switch them back.
She was probably at Coozy Corner or something.

So now I can't fill my sketchbook with random stuff because I only have Vivian's, and I'd feel bad using up allll her paper.

Anyway I need to find graph paper. For math homework.
I was all like 'Oh I don't need to buy graph paper I have it already lalalala'
and then I realised
I just moved house
and everything is disorganised and I probably won't be able to find it
screw it.

Also I haven't got anything for Naomi or Pinky-chan yet and their birthdays are tomorrow...

On Friday I also played cards a lot, I think.
I can now play Hearts and Daidi.
(I've mentioned the fact in previous posts, I think.)
But I keep losing.

I'm not sure whether my luck is that bad or I just really suck. ><
After losing a few times in a row I ended up thinking that it was probably both.

Also Clarice and Ji Hyun were fighting on the sofa in the student lounge in very...ahem...positions.

Then Cash was yelling at Clarice.
Cash: OI!! YOU FEMALE WOMAN MUSHROOM!!!!!

And then everyone went to CCA and I went off and borrowed a book about German scientists in the Third Reich.

And my mom was super-late picking me up because of some ginormous traffic jam or other. ^^;;

Then like I said, nothing happened yesterday at all.
And today some History happened and now I have to go off and do math.

Maybe I'll do Chinese tomorrow instead of today.

Today I found out that I missed getting High Distinction for the Australian Math Competition by one mark. One mark. *dies*

On the other hand, I did quite well for the formative essay whatever, so I'm happy. ^^
Also did decently for Literature reflections.
Also I took my Japanese oral test today.

I think I didn't die too badly though.

Mr Cheong has been reading people's blogs lately. Because people have been showing him other people's blogs for the lulz.
Allow me to notify my audience that this post has been specially censored to fit the new situation. =D

Vivi and I were drawing character sketches for the manga we plan to draw together, so we based one of the characters off Yoru-senpai. 'Yorumi', with extraordinary psionic powers, a gray jacket, and the catchphrase, 'I'M BORED!!'
Sound familiar?

If not, never mind. You're less scarred this way. xDDDDD

So yeah....the Internet in my room still won't work, even though I've got the Internet-transmitting-plug all hooked up. Maybe because the router is on the first floor and my room is on the third floor.

Which reminds me.

Awa came to NUSHS for a talk yesterday~~~~~~~
And we thought she said she'd be here at 2.
So we were hanging around and waiting and waiting and asking people if they'd seen any suspicious-looking people in RGS uniforms and if so we were looking for the most suspicious, but to no avail....then she didn't turn up till 3 and had to go straight to the talk which she was late for....so then I had to stay back for another two hours to talk to her after the talk, which isn't necessarily a bad thing anyway~~

So then we threw paper airplanes around just a little too much. Also we introduced her to Amanda and Yoru-senpai and Chiruno-san. xD maybe some other people too, I can't remember.

And then she missed the bus back to RGS. If there was a bus back to RGS. We weren't sure. Anyway I gave her a lift because she lives kind of nearby. And she stopped by my house. =D

I tried to convince Awa to come to NUSH, but as she pointed out, how?
^^;;;;;;;

We had a very illuminating conversation about the difference in discipline systems between our schools. And art. And I forgot what else. I think I was doing most of the talking.

ANYWAY.

...yeah. Today in Henpai-Bugging-Period we were talking about Bleach and Touhou and Higurashi. Except when we talk about Bleach Henpai doesn't understand and when we talk about Touhou I don't understand and when we talk about Higurashi Vivian doesn't understand.

Maybe next time we should talk about turtles.


Also unfortunately Henpai is very fail and doesn't know any Japanese dog names. D=


....I should probably talk about what happens in class a bit more. Because otherwise people who visit my blog who are in my class will be like O___O at Awa and O____O at Henpai and O____O at Yoru-senpai. Which is bad. I think.

What is going on in class mostly involves lots of Cheong-level jokes and also card games.
Have I mentioned I'm learning to play Hearts?
'Learning', because although I know the rules, that's a far cry from being able to play properly. Same goes for Daidi. (is that how you spell it?)

But the fact is that for all the interesting things that happen in class, there are already three to five variations on them on other peoples' blogs. And anyway everyone else already knows what happened anyway. ^^;;;;;;;

It seems....the new blogskin is unpopular. Sorry, people. I'll change it as soon as my own computer gets set up and I don't need to go online from my mom's study. ><

And meanwhile, I have managed to waste my entire vacation.
I contracted H1N1.
And my mom and my maid got kinda paranoid.
Perhaps because they both have the profile of high-risk patients.
And nobody wants to catch swine flu anyway.
And the long and short of it is, I got quarantined in an empty bedroom with no Internet for seven days. And missed Sports Day. And missed the class outing.
Which fact SUCKS.

Let's not dwell on it.

So now, the family is slowly adjusting to living in a corner terrace house instead of a condominium, and I'm slowly realising that I have a large amount of homework to do.
Which I haven't done.
Not at all.
I don't even have much of an idea of what I was supposed to do.
><

Maybe I'll be lucky and it'll turn out not to be so important afterwards~~~

On a brighter note, I might be planning to go to Swensens on my own this coming weekend.
If I can't make it to the class outing, I'll have my own outing!!!
....although I will need some company.
Any volunteers? ^^

Am at home now.
The movers are packing everything up.
I'm convinced that I've forgotten something or other in my room that I'll end up desperately needing DDDD=

Yesterday was epic win.
Chionged math and physics homework, sat through teachers' day performance that kept refusing to end (I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY MR CHEONG QUOTES ><)

Gave cards to teachers.

Took Michelle-senpai's car back to RGP

Made cards for RGP teachers in a hurry

Found Mr Seah

Found out I'm taller than Mr Seah O______O

Also ended up finding ZLS and Mrs Sng and Mr Tan and Ms Lim and basically everyone we made cards for except Mdm Loe and Mrs Ho, and also Mr Teo whom we hadn't made a card for.
We went back to the classroom tooo~~

And there was this epic scene when I saw Naomi and Shasha and Amanda Chan downstairs and went rushing down to say hi, and I jumped down the last flight of steps except Naomi started waving her crutches in the air and I ducked and ended up landing on the floor.
I fail sometimes.


It's also worth pointing out that the security guard told us quite explicitly that if we were to leave the general area of the canteen and the hall, we'd be kicked out of the school. Note that NOBODY WHATSOEVER stayed out of the corridors like we were supposed to. =D

Then Awa turned up and I went rushing off to say hi and this CD Naomi told me to pass Ri-chan ended up falling on the floor because of the laws of inertia or whatever and maybe because I didn't actually put it IN my bag but ON my bad in the first place...><

Saw Kathy, but that was hardly epic. I see her too much already as it is.

On the other hand, I saw Pinky-chan too!! Her voice is very high-pitched.
It's only the second time I've seen her in real life. (well, I think I must have seen her a lot before I graduated, but I didn't know her at the time, so I didn't know she was Pinky-chan...)

We ended up telling pretty much everyone that Vivian has three boyfriends. (she doesn't, by the way.) It was hilarious.
Don't worry. I don't think anyone actually believed us.

So then school was dismissed and Naomi and Awa had to leave which was sad but anyway they can see the house when I have a housewarming party!! xDD

And Shasha and Vivi and I went to see the house. =D

Then we went to Coronation and Shasha says we owe her a bubble tea for buying them when she's fasting and drinking them in front of her.

Then we got bored and went to look for Henpai's house but we got lost....we called him saying we were trying to crash his house and got lost, but he said he didn't know how to give directions....then Shasha got bored of getting lost and went home...then Vivi and I got lost again and ended up finding Henpai's house through the Very Long Way that involves passing by Nanyang.

A bee crashed into my ear. >___<
But it didn't sting me.

So then we called Henpai and he said his house was the one with the retard waving out the window.

So we went in and bothered him. I think we bothered his brother too. He has three dogs who bothered Vivian because she's scared of dogs.

Henpai: You're scared of dogs?
Vivian: I'm not SCARED, I just don't like them!!
Henpai: *picks up dog and chases*
Vivi: *runs away*

He has a volume of Higurashi but he wouldn't let me read it because he said I'd crumple it. D=

He also has a lot of figurines and stuff.

I like his dogs.

Anyway in the end we left and I went home and did nothing in particular except Literature homework. ^^
