Mentoring today was basically just working on our National Day montage, which is pretty much cardboard decorated with Singaporean company logoes, a large '204 class national day' at the top and a smallish 'montage' at the bottom, some NCC people photo, the Esplanade, and a picture I did that sticks up vertically. Looks like the Copic Marker is good for something after all, Awa~

I has new iPod speakers, and they PWN, but the problem is that the volume has several stages or whateverr instead of being fully adjustable, so it's always just too soft or just too loud. I prefer just too loud.

We're having a potluck Friday~ I'm going to see if I can bring peanut-butter-brownies again, because an amount of people are in the mutual agreement that they pwn. Plus I've been told to bring the recipe. ^__^;;;;;;;;;;;;

After which Awa and I have plans to follow Onion-san and Vivian home, respectively, (Awa will have to bring Shasha and Ri-chan and Naomi if Naomi can make it,) and then we'll either stop by one house or the other or else find somewhere to park ourselves and be random. At any rate, seeing as they by great coincidence live in the same apartment building, it's a lot more likely that SOMEONE will be hospitable enough to take us in.

Even if Awa is under the firm belief that Vivian's mom will kamikorosu the lot of us.

As for what else has happened today so far, well, I fell asleep at the pickup point, and before that I went to the presentation by the Nanao people, and once that was over there was lunch and unfortunately lunch took rather too long and I missed about ALL of Chinese instead of half. Then there was no Literature, because Ms Koh didn't turn up. I hope she hasn't caught swine flu...

I'm reading a book called Dead Souls. Some Russian person by the name of Gogol wrote it.
