Did we learn that in Physics?
That a cheerful person, buoyed by the sparkle of Life
Will lose this warmth
In all directions equally, until the happiness of all
Is equal and much lower


...I wrote about eleven pieces of emo poetry yesterday.

Midnight’s approaching
And that’s the third time
I’ve referred to it, as the clock ticks
This overuse
Of the same repeated symbolism
And the metaphor of a pond, and a crying bleeding heart
Each really quite useless if it comes
To treating each piece of work as a piece of work
In its own right
I blame you entirely
This effort is wasted
In cursing you out in spirit
Not eloquent but heartfelt
Maybe if I try enough you’ll hear me
This is the fourth poem about writing.

On a brighter note, Ri-chan and Shasha came to NUSHS yesterday!!
