today was a fun day.

but it was also a day of Very Awkward Situations.

all the 11th-graders in Physics finding out I am a freshman and asking lots of questions and going "Ooh you're so smart!" and making me feel really horrendously criminally huge-headed no matter what I say because everyone is staring at me = very awkward situation.

going to buy homecoming tickets and finding out they're not for sale till tomorrow = somewhat awkward situation.

failing with giant art portfolio case on bus = somewhat awkward situation

wearing a sequiny purple dress because today is retro-themed and having to answer questions and adjust annoying pink necklace = slightly awkward situation

going to GSA meeting to bake cupcakes and not knowing anyone except Eash and being excluded from all the inside jokes and stuff and feeling out-of-place= VERY AWKWARD SITUATION.

not much really really happened today except that.

(the cupcake-making was fun! and they are RAINBOW COLORS! =D)

(I was in charge of yellow cupcake mix. which was sort of pointless because the cake mix was kind of yellow to start with.)
